BDMLR Western Isles and the The Highland Seal Hospital
When we have assessed seal pups as in need of treatment they are transported to the Highland Seal Hospital in Ullapool where the pups are treated and returned to the wild once healthy.
The slide-show below shows common seal pups being treated.
The seal hospital in Thurso is now fully operational and now has three seals
been looked after there. Jamie has managed to find time to set up a blog website in
order to keep everyone up to date with what is going on.
