"I spent a week enjoying the changing play of light and water across this grand view. One evening I saw a short-eared owl hunting the shoreline, on another a small group of deer came grazing. It seemed very different to Lewis to have wide sandy beaches so near to the moor with very little seeded land between the two"

 

The Outer Hebrides are a chain of Islands off the North-West coast of Scotland.
