Shiant Islands - Outer Hebrides (Western Isles)

"We stayed on the Shiants for a week, ringing Puffins and others. Most of the time the weather was a little, shall we say Hebridean?! It was interesting camping in Force 8 winds. But the islands are a fantastic place and I hope to return soon.
Here's one from Eilean Mhuire looking back westwards towards the northern edge of Garbh Eilean - it gives a good idea of the weather we enjoyed. Most photos were taken during the few bright spells.
The Outer Hebrides are a chain of Islands off the North-West coast of Scotland.
