"This is a renovated white house near Sollas, North Uist looking over to the Vallay, Bhalaigh. The vast expanse of beach behind is the Traigh Bhalaigh (Vallay Strand). The white house is or was let out as a holiday cottage and is like living in the past as a crofter in the 19th century. "
